Acupunture

Acupuncture is based on ancient Chinese theories of the flow of Qi (your energy) and blood through meridians which traverse the body. These meridians can be comparable to the nervous and blood circulatory systems, loosely speaking. According to this theory, acupuncture regulates this flow of Qi directing it to areas of deficiency and draining it from areas of excess. The goal of acupuncture is to regulate and restore the harmonious energetic balance of the body. When the energy flows freely there is no pain or distress in the organs; if the energy is blocked then there will be pain or metabolic dysfunction.

Orthopedic Acupuncture blends traditional acupuncture with modern orthopedic assessment to treat musculoskeletal pain and injuries. Detailed knowledge of anatomy, trigger points, and biomechanics is used to precisely target muscles, joints, and connective tissues. Fine needles are inserted to release muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote faster healing. Orthopedic acupuncture involves electroacupuncture and is often used for conditions like back pain, sports injuries, tendonitis, and joint issues, providing effective, drug-free relief and supporting long-term recovery.

Myotherapy

Myotherapy focuses on treating muscle pain, improving movement, and restoring flexibility. It offers a holistic approach to treating soft tissue, targeting muscles, fascia, and tendons for relief. By using a combination of myofascial release techniques, dry needling, and stretching, myotherapy works directly with your soft tissue to target areas of tension, release muscle knots, and reduce inflammation. It’s a highly effective solution for individuals with muscle injuries, chronic pain, or stress-related tension. Myotherapy can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including: Chronic muscle pain Sports injuries Headaches and migraines Postural imbalances Stress-related tension and more…

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is grounded in the principle that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are influenced by our subconscious mind. Many of our habits, emotional responses, and perceptions are formed in the subconscious and may not be fully understood in our conscious state. Hypnotherapy works by gently guiding you into a focused, relaxed state, allowing the therapist to make suggestions directly to your subconscious mind. Some common hypnotherapy techniques include: Positive suggestion: Introducing helpful, empowering suggestions to replace negative thought patterns.

Visualization: Using mental imagery to manifest desired outcomes, such as stress relief or goal achievement. Regression therapy: Exploring past experiences to release emotional blocks or unresolved trauma.
