Acupuncture, Hypnosis, Myotherapy & Yoga Sessions
Effective from the date of purchase:
1. Services
Services provided by Point of Healing include acupuncture, hypnosis, myotherapy, and yoga sessions, delivered in person or virtually (where appropriate). These treatments and practices are designed to support health, relaxation, pain management, stress reduction, and overall well-being. While they may complement medical or psychological care, they are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a licensed medical or mental health provider.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Attend scheduled sessions on time.
• Be open and honest during sessions.
• Take full responsibility for their own health, decisions, and progress.
• Inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, medications, or changes in physical or mental health.
3. Payment Terms:
• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund Policy:
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
6. Medical Disclaimer
The practitioner is not a medical doctor, psychologist, or psychotherapist. Acupuncture, hypnosis, myotherapy, and yoga are complementary approaches and are not substitutes for professional medical or mental health care. Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or psychological concerns.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practitioner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in acupuncture, hypnosis, myotherapy, or yoga sessions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
1. Cancellation Notice
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
2. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited.
3. Emergency Exceptions
Exceptions may be made in genuine emergencies, at the practitioner’s discretion.
4. Practitioner Cancellations
If the practitioner needs to cancel a session, clients will be offered a reschedule or a full refund for that session.
